The Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) also recognises an APC for the purposes of specialist assessment for Examination Access Arrangements.

Data Protection
My name is Tammy Jeanes and I am the data controller for this organisation. I am registered with ICO, reference number: ZA546584. I am contactable via email or telephone, detailed within the contacts page.
I collect and process a child’s data to support a diagnostic assessment or a teaching programme. My lawful basis relates to the performance of a contract (Article 6 of the GDPR). Data is collected from the child, the child’s parents, school and any relevant professional organisations, with consent from the child’s parents. I will not use personal data for marketing purposes or sell data to third parties. If necessary, I may share personal information with professional organisations, with consent from the child’s parents, to support a child’s care. I may be required by law to disclose personal data.
All paper-based data is stored in a lockable room and electronic data in a secure storage system. In line with current guidance, paper record forms are destroyed once the final report has been issued and electronic data and an electronic copy of the diagnostic report is stored until the child’s 25th birthday, or for 6 years for adults, and then destroyed.
If you have any questions relating to your personal data, please contact me via email or telephone (contacts page). If you have a complaint relating to your personal data, please contact either Tammy Jeanes or the ICO.
